Rebate Terms & Conditions: Earn $15 per case back for your purchase of participating Morningstar Farms® and Gardenburger® products when you send proof of purchase. Maximum rebate is $225. Minimum purchase is 2 cases. The stated promotion is for products purchases between 4/1/09 and 12/31/09. No promotional allowances will be honored without proper documentation (i.e. distributor invoices). Computer reports will be accepted if they contain appropriate dates and clear separation of customer purchasing details. Customer information must be completed in full. Completed rebate forms must be postmarked no later than 1/31/10. New customers only. This program does not extend to national account customers. Multi-unit operators require a rebate claim for each selling location.
